WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Expedited orders placed before 8PM EST will ship the next day.

Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. 

If you wish to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact business@architectessentials.com.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
